Gatti Services is an internationally active specialist for technical services and operational support in highly available data center environments. The company supports operators and infrastructure providers across the entire lifecycle of data center sites, with a strong focus on quality, security, and operational resilience.

As part of the engagement, Heartland Solutions was commissioned with the design, implementation, and certification support of the core management systems. The objective was to embed information security and quality management in an integrated and practical manner into day-to-day operations - not as isolated systems.

Together with Gatti Services, Heartland implemented an Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001 as well as a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001. The focus was placed on clear processes, well-defined responsibilities, and a structure that is both audit-ready and operationally effective. Existing workflows were systematically captured, standardized, and transferred into a robust governance framework.

Both certifications were successfully completed within a short period of time. The result is a resilient management system that systematically combines security, quality, and continuous improvement, providing Gatti Services with a reliable foundation for further growth, international customer requirements, and long-term partnerships.
