Polarise GmbH develops and operates high-performance AI infrastructure platforms for the European market as a full-stack AIaaS provider. With internationally experienced management, Polarise is responsible for complex infrastructure projects and the operation of highly available data center environments for mission-critical AI workloads.
As part of multiple key certification initiatives, Heartland Solutions supported Polarise with subject-matter leadership and end-to-end governance of the implementation. The objective was not to build management systems in isolation, but to establish them as a robust operational foundation for continued growth and a professional, scalable operating model.
Together with Polarise, Heartland designed and implemented an integrated Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001 as well as a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001. The approach followed a clear governance structure with defined responsibilities and a consistent alignment with existing processes and operational reality. Standard requirements were systematically translated into practical workflows, robust documentation, and effective control mechanisms.
Through a structured, hands-on implementation approach and clearly managed time-to-certification, both management systems reached certification readiness in an exceptionally short period and were successfully certified. The implementation was closely aligned with management, operations, and technical teams, ensuring that the systems are not only audit-ready but sustainably embedded and effective in day-to-day operations.
The collaboration demonstrated how certifications can be used as a strategic instrument: as a solid foundation for scaling, as a trust anchor for customers and partners, and as a stable basis for long-term, secure, and professional operations in highly critical infrastructure environments.
